Wife has a landscape business in so. Ind. and the biggest issue is finding help of any kind, let alone good dependable people. Need to remember then that you will cross the line to being a commercial entity and need to have and meet dot requirements, insurance, customer base. Normally you would be mowing on a weekly basis, regardless if it rains 2 tenths or 2 I nches. Then there is the weed control and possibly needing a commercial applicators permit, along with delayed payments or no payments........are you really sure farming isn`t just a little better...or go drive truck for someone else. I see and hear about all the issues....wouldn`t be for me...just sayin` As far as pricing, 25 bucks for a quarter of an acre...NOT. There are guys charging by the square foot!
