Need to remember then that you will cross the line to being a commercial entity and need to have and meet dot requirements, insurance, customer base. Normally you would be mowing on a weekly basis, regardless if it rains 2 tenths or 2 I nches. Then there is the weed control and possibly needing a commercial applicators permit, along with delayed payments or no payments........are you really sure farming isn`t just a little better...or go drive truck for someone else. I see and hear about all the issues....wouldn`t be for me...just sayin` As far as pricing, 25 bucks for a quarter of an acre...NOT. There are guys charging by the square foot! | |
