Galva, IL----- Half way between Peoria & Moline | The sad part of it , IF some of these bitching parents would put their beer can down long enough at home, they could teach their own kids before the kids go to their game. It is not up to the coach to teach all the fundamentals of any sport, it should start at home. God has a special place for the people who can, and will, take the time to teach these kids any given sport. I coached girls softball for five years, only had one parent give me flack. Offered the mother the equipment on the spot, she in turn apologized, and walked away. Last of any problem from any parents. All you can be is fair and thick skinned. LOL |
