Yeah , but the main point is being responsible and paying what you owe not letting tax payers or others that are paying their interest,and principal pick up the bill.


Used to be if you went bankrupt you ended up with a day job at the Co-op , not any more you wait a yr. get a new investor and just come back bigger ,every neighborhood has them , debt write downs, walk away from debts and then live a richer lifestyle than the guys that never got paid . I don't believe in holding somebody's nose to the grindstone if they honestly can't pay but when you use multi company enties too shed debts or bad deals is pretty close too fraud-but they call it "just doing business".... a friend sells large squares of straw for mushroom farms and one guy who has more million than most of us could dream of puts one venture in bankruptcy, friend gets nothing ,still baling with old high hr. Magnum and used baler , other guy is baling beside him with all new equipment....my rant
