I didn't read through all the posts here but I am a product of fsa loans, I started there in 1999 , no bank would look at me, my dad was getting out and couldn't really help me. his banker at the time said you need to go to fsa, I will help you through it. it wasn't all that bad, ya you keep records and a lot of bull**** paper work, but hey if you wanna do it they were there. im glad they were, I have moved on now with the same bank that helped me through it. rules are a lot more lax now than when I was there. by the way my first loan was for a 1066 , an old white planter and a cultivator.. it was 12000 grand and I farmed 300 acres with job. im north of 1500 acres now, no golden scoop shovel up my ass, no autosteer, and no bad attitude! don't count your problems count your blessings!
