Funding has gone up tremendously over the last few years. While the number of vets have decreased. So no, that is not the problem.  The big wigs lining their pockets is one of the problems.



WTH are you talking about?! I would like to see some facts to back up your statements.

Case load is increasing due to 10+ years of war without corresponding increase in facilities and staff.
Soldier survival rate is at all time high-but higher after care needs.
I will concede that most of the WWII vets are gone but still a lot of Vietnam vets around. And they finally allowed agent orange as a disability claim.

VA has been a problem for a long time. Just seems to come to the top long enough for some lip service then it's off the radar for a few years.
