Many years ago, I did almost the same thing. After an hour and 15 minutes, with other patients in the waiting room(that had been there almost an hour)

 I let them know that I wasn't happy about their piss-poor scheduling, and this was a morning appointment, too.

Well, 6 months goes by, and I have another appointment, got in 10 minutes, and the first thing out of the Doctors mouth was: "I hope you didn't have to wait very long, Today"

{Sounds like they wrote it in "my file"}

I told him, I can understand 10-15 minute wait time; BUT over an hour was too much.
