SE Wis | Thanks Boz I wish I could do that but in this case, I carried a 2nd mortgage and I'm second behind the bank and can't afford to buy the paper from the bank. They (the folks who bought the property), had good credit at the time of the sale but when the bottom fell out and the over all business climate faltered they stopped paying. I'm an older guy (a nearly seventy year old farm kid) and I'm wondering now if I'll ever see the money. My lawyer told me that 80% of the judgment awarded by the courts are never payed. By the way, I'm from southeast Wisconsin and the boxerman tag has to do with raising Boxer dogs for over twenty years. Thanks again. Carl | |
