Paul VDB - 3/23/2008 22:09 The radio shack special works - do not run it for long periods of time or try to split for more than one unit. It becomes a nice paper weight in the office when you ask it to do too much!!! That's what would bother me. I've got a 5 amp unit and I don't always trust it to run all cig lighter applications because 10amp is a common max current draw for a cig lighter. My Motorola bag phones come with 10a fuses in them, even though I've never blown the fuse in my 5amp power supply with one. |
