The biggest problem is a lot of dairies feed their waste milk themselves, and it would be a hassle for you to always find enough to feed your calves, since dairies don't always produce the same quantity of waste milk. Say you had 50 calves, you would need about 25 gallons of waste milk twice a day. That's a lot.
