Subject: My grandma's Rhubarb custard pie recipe

Tip of the Thumb of Michigan

2 C. Rhubarb
1 C. Sugar
3 tsp. Flour
2 eggs

Mix it all together, put in crust, make crisscross top
It is done when the rhubarb bubbles.

My wife says a crisscross top is not a necessity but that she won't mess with Grandma's perfection.
