1 pie crust, make or buy your choice
3 cups cut rhubarb put in crust
COMBINE
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Add to the sugar, flour and nutmeg
2 eggs
4 teaspoons of milk
Pour mixture over rhubarb
BAKE at 350 degrees for 50 minutes with crust covered, remove cover bake for another 10 minutes
