Let's see now; we already have poultry, hogs, cattle, and sheep being raised from Canada to Argentina, and from Siberia to South Africa, so I would say we have a pretty good range of temperatures that the livestock industry is well able to deal with.  Somehow it doesn't seem to me that we need any more government funded studies of this "problem".
