Mid Michigan | My guess is most of his renters are also on welfare and section 8 housing, hence the direct deposit rent payments. I know a man who has a bunch of rentals and that's all he will rent to because his rent is guaranteed every month. Hates to rent to people that work because they don't like to pay the rent and often don't. Section 8 comes straight from the good old taxpayers. Kind of a backwards world we live in. I guess I don't have much of a problem with people that work for cash. The government would just give his tax dollars back to somebody so they could live for free in a section 8 apartment so what's the difference? | |
