Palestine Illinois | I have been saying I am going to get a high speed connection for a long time. But the problem is that in my part of the country the only option is a dish. That means $300 initial investment and $50 a month.
My new idea is to just start a Internet hosting company. We have a grain leg that is tall and on high elevation. I did a quick count and there are about 62 households within a 2 mile radius. and another 20 in a 2.5 mile radius, but not all line of sight. So can I hook up with a company like Joink and install a tower and sell subscriptions? Does anyone else do this or am I just wasting my time?
