nw NC | Young woman killed near here two weeks ago. Her car went across Interstate highway median, struck a tandem axle freight truck, her car burned. Investigation of her telephone records or internet use showed she was making pictures of herself and posting on Facebook at the time. There should be some way to incapacitate either the electronic devices or the vehicle so they can not operate at the same time.
Please, DO NOT use telephone or other devices while driving, the life you save may be mine.
Incidentally, I do not have cell phone. I got along fine for all these years without one and can go the rest of the way without one too. | |
