Congratulations to you son!!!  I know when I graduated from college I wasn't going to walk either but was told rather firmly by my dad that I WOULD be marching my happy butt across the stage and he WOULD be in the audience and that field work could wait.  He ended up having to take 2 weekends in a row off that year.
