Fermentation will result in more than a 5% loss! A bag is not magic, they work, but you have to manage them for holes from rodents, kids, neighbors dog, birds. If you do not you might get 30% plus loss in a bag. A proper drive over pile will provide you with great feed, but your feed out face might be a little large for your needs. Need to remove 3-6 inches off entire face daily. I do not understand any of the comments that a custom guy will deliver too fast? If he can keep up packing on a large pile with his chopper output than a small pile is would be no problem. Less distance to push. I do agree not to many would be very interested in a 300 ton job. I agree your best bet might be dumping on a pile and loading with loader into a wagon dumping in to conveyer bagger. Good luck
