| First he took his vehicle to the neighbors to give the appearance that no one was home.
Then he set up the kill zone, he set up the chair, the guns the refreshments. Oh yeah and the tarp on the floor where the body would drop. The unscrewed light bulbs so the intruders couldn't see what awaited them at the bottom of the stairs.
He had a surveillance system to monitor their arrival.
There is no way that a jury could believe any thing other than this was a premeditated act.
I have little sympathy for the intruders, but if you think this was self defense it wasn't. | |
