If this Canuck may say so, ironic how a guy who's family has been there for 100+ Years is being booted out, yet that hobo living in the bush on your back 40 now has a claim on the title to your land. I'm willing to bet if they asked the tortoise might actually share the watering hole.
As for the other example where they ran the cattle to death... I would push for animal cruelty charges. Sure no need to push them like that.
