Holly Grove Arkansas

So if I've farmed land all my life that I don't own and my landlord decides to do something different I should keep growing crops without permission or paying rent? Yea he owns a share of the land along with 314 million other people including those that filed the suit to keep him from grazing.

Now if he wants to peaceable protest and start a campaign to overturn the ruling or lobby to change the law then sign me up. I might even donate to the cause because I think the endangered species act is abused through the courts. I have donated money and will continue to donate money to organizations that oppose similar implementation of the ESA. Be that as it may he has no "right" to graze cattle on land he does not own if the landowner doesn't want him. Whether that landowner is an individual or the federal government is irrelevant.
