I don't think you will get much trucked for that price. Trucks are in high demand just like rail cars. MN, IA, NE don't allow the super high gross weights on their roads. The trend has been toward pulling doubles with gross weights well over 100K, so you have a bunch of hopper infrastructure that can't go to the better basis states. Also guys will park the hopper for farmwork, hook on fertilizer trailers, hook up with road construction season. They need to rail the corn to those places instead. Basis probably has bottomed for awhile with all the meetings and heat getting thrown at the RR right now.
