| I have 2 BGE's. I like a Rub on ribs that's 1/2 paprika and 1/2 cinnamon. Add some black pepper and garlic powder to the rub. I cook the ribs for an hour at low heat, maybe 225-250 then spread the ribs with a fruit jelly...... Grape, raspberry etc. then rap them in foil and continue to cook for another couple hours.
