Has been flowing through a pipeline @ 400,000 plus barrels per day for close to four years to Wood River, IL to be refined.

That is where it will stop for at least the next three years. If a Republican gets elected that could change quickly. The Canadians want the pipeline to capture the spread between WTI and Brent. Right now it is going to Refiners in the Midwest.

Coup, Exxon owns the Wood River Refinery, they refine 500,000 b of oil a day. I sure they would love to see that pipeline built. *************
