I read through the first 8-10 pages of the OIG's report, and all I can say is that the NASS security procedures are a complete disaster! I'm really surprised we haven't had data leaks ahead of every report. In my opinion, it seems that a whole bunch of NASS's management needs to be shown the door (starting at the top, too).
