It would be nice of these reports had to come out of a room like when they selected the pope. Nothing but a bunch of crust old white hairs sitting in a room and only the color of smoke to communicate with the rest of the world.
I dont think it matters what any of us say, or what this report says. Nothing will change. The big boys will always get theirs, and place their bets with the help of their puppets at USDA.
