Even being an agronomist or an an ag engineer is going to be a stretch with no practical ag experience. Once you have established a career and a stable income, getting a start in ag will be much easier.
Or the other route is to forgo college completely, work on some farms, plan on being pretty poor for quite awhile, and pray someone is willing to give you a huge opportunity.
