Learning and talking to others is the best way to truly learn, ag talk teach you too. An agriculture college is great if you are going for a 4 year degree but I learned to bale hay on my own from talking to older experienced people and don't laugh but Youtube. A lot of people will help you out so remember to do the same for others if you can.
