New Mexico | has been buying a Lot of the global beef ( AU BR cow liquidations due to drouth ).
AU may end up at 25 million total cattle by year end ( maybe not too, could be 23 or 4 million left ).
that's down from 30 million 2 years ago, btw.
BR, it's the same story.

$400 cwt calves by fall...and well towards the march to $300cwt fat cattle by Feb 2014????

btw, China is now 1 of thee big 5 global volume beef importers now.
jeez, 3 years ago they were not even on that map.
