There's no rural water here, but a lot of towns around here are telling their residents to run a pencil-sized stream of water out of their tap 24 hours a day. Ground under the roads is froze down well past their water lines. It's pretty lucky we have had so much snow on the ground through all this or there would be a lot of well problems too.
