Ontario's middle east | Yes, the beans have been moving south. I have been pondering lately whether or not the rail issues will make some of those beans move east. The basis will follow the spreads and ND seems to be ahead of the game in that camp verses the east. We will get there but I'm thinking we trade more sideways here and then do the cliff thing again mid July. Given that basis spread from ND to here has gone out over a dollar, the game might be changing. IDK, just something I was looking at and have not run any hard numbers on it. Nothing is gonna happen until we see some major thawing anyways.
The grey line on Hamilton is US basis, red is $Ca.
