I have seen wheatlage go 22% protein. Feed it with more N than you would for grain. We have even applied a late dose of 28% N with stream bars for 24% plus protein. Do not let any heads get out on you if you want to maximize protein. Go for 10% headed out to maximize protein/tonnage
