Bloat is a very basic problem around cattle and would really hope if one is not able to handle it, they know when to call a vet.  Had all day to get it done.  First step is to let if off. Just like popping a balloon, takes little more than just a garden hose, and experience helps.  If you don't have a Sunday night,  vet.  Find someone that handles show cattle that has the tools and the ability, get some help.
