| Here's a thought. Corn in the fall of 2013 was worth $4 a bu less then it was in the fall of 2012. Figure in the drying cost that farmers in Ill paid, and LL forget about. And I can only assume that he PROBALLY didn't have any BUNUS money left. This kinda of reminds me of my FIL (lives 150 mi away), he was not getting enough rent on the farm his father GAVE him. So he asked me what it was worth. I told him it was worth 5% of what "HE" paid for it. And if moma did'nt raise any dummies farm it himself. Im glad I am not the new tenant and get to deal with a a$$hole like this guy. WOW!!!!!!!!!!! | |
