| What's your blood sugar levels 2 hrs after eating? My doctor wants blood sugar readings at different times thru the day and not always at the same time or same day. . Blood sugar will normally be at it's lowest first thing of a morning. Mine will run 120 of a morning but depending on what I eat can be 140+ 2 hrs after eating Last A1C was 5.9
