My wife was trying to get me to eat cinnamon with food a month ago. I'm not fond of it anyway and she was saying a teaspoonful a day would help with my diabetes. The first and last day of the trial was when she put a teaspoon of cinnamon in a 4 oz. cup of vanilla yogurt. Joe
