NCND | Land is priced according to markets because markets work in MHO. So just think what us guys up north will have when all this infrastructure is done being built and the oil slows down in 30 years! Well be set boys. SOOOOOOO that being said if you want to make an investment that will look great in 40 years I have some dirt to sell cheaper than Iowa stuff but expensive for these days in Dakota territory:)
Just talked with guy about rail here. A construction company has contract to build 42 miles of track here for bnsf this year. THey got approved for new bridge by town of des lacs then run all the way to Berthold so they will have a double mainline in that stretch that is currently the only stretch of single line. Should make for lots to watch out my window when this starts! | |
