Before it seems like I am coming down too hard on buyers, I'm really not trying to. There are lots of them that work with customers and try to get win-win situations so both parties can long term stay in business.

It is just good to remember which side of their bread is buttered. They are not  disinterested bystanders. That is all I wanted to point out.

Like you said, we all have to make our own decisions and considering information from multiple sources, even buyers, is a good idea.
