I'm a church elder and rarely miss a service, but there are times on the farm where certain things need to be done.   I've even had a few members tell me I shouldn't be doing farm work on Sundays, usually got really quiet when I pointed they were known for going to the golf course, or the county fair on a Sunday.    Guess it's all how you look at it.
