You're links do not go to the tripoli and rouge, but to a bunch of bottled polish, and I think the sewn wheels are a lot more durable then the ones you linked to.

 Tripoli

 (red stuff)

 Rouge

(green stuff

Spiral sewn wheel

(agressive

Concentric sewn wheel

(finish)

We just did a set of wheels for Uncle Bubba's service truck....saying they were rough is an understantement.  Started with 40 sandpaper on the DA and worked down from there.  Did the front two pretty easily but didn't think we had the right tools to do the rears.   Peterbilt quoted $50 per wheel but backpedalled to $75 when they got them, then backed out all together.   We went ahead and did them because we already had the fronts done and I wanted a matched set on the truck.  Ended up with about 10 hours in each of the two rear ones.  If I write off the shop and just charge labor....well, it's one of those things best just forgotten.  I'll have to get some pictures of them.
