I really couldn't tell you because its a govt deal and those aren't supposed to be understood, but the last time wheat was on this farm was 20 years ago, and it still is a factor on my base acres. As well as dad only reporting 4 out of 5 years, so my payments are less than they could be. From the 1980s.....
