We're out.. Wheat basis is STILL higher out in Feedlot land (from being so depleted last summer..) then by the terminals.. tells me.. HRW is out.. until new crop.. and given the outlook.. that isn't looking so good.  My last field STILL has not emerged.. When condition reports start up again.. HRW Wht ratings could be UGLY!!


flip side my NOAA contact hinted at a change yesterday.. snow event next week..???  Still Ks Wheat acreage is down 600 k and what's out there NEEDS precip to make anything.. so we got a LONG WAYs yet to go..
