Minneota, MN | I did a quick search and didn't see any provisions in this for loosening the EPA's SPCC spill prevention program. Has anyone heard if any of the legislation is going forward to raise the limit from 1,350 gallons to 6,000 or 10,000 gallons before the SPCC kicks in?
I haven't talked to my congressional leaders in a couple months to get any feedback on how some of the proposed legislation is moving forward (see H.R. 311 House bill for example). | |
