IMHO, with good growing weather (El Nino?) the logical target looks to me to be sub 3.00. But, we should be in a cycle phase (Iowa) of extremes where we could see a serious drought, and the meridional air flows support that possibility. So, equal chances of sub 3.00 or 8.00? Is there any way of making even an educated guess?
