| Lexar is the brand of memory stick that has had the fewest issues with the 500. You want to unzip the upgrade file directly to the root of the memory stick (not in any folders). I recommend a 2gb memory stick or smaller. If someone is on V1.0 they will most likely also need monitor version 1.15 before the 2.0 file will load. It should be bundled in the zip file with the firmware. | |
