Does That mean to would be better to transport 180 proof ( or lower) then finish taking the rest of the water out closer to where it will be used? Then better yet, start using it at 180 proof and leave out the gas. Oh shucks, that wouldn't work cuz somebody might try to drink it and the feds wouldn't get their booze tax. Also the oil companies would raise a stink
