Good intentions gone bad.
19 degrees setting has more to do with EPA than engine performance. EPA setting are not in the best interest on older engines.
Torque curve is the problem. Don't remember how to reset the torque curve. Should have an external adjustment.
Regardless, they should have sent it back like they got it. I am afraid we are going to see more of this in the future.
