Well it was touch and go the last two days, wasn't able to stand up too quickly from bed without a touch of dizziness that took maybe a minute to disappear. Probably wouldn't be able to do it more than a few days on a farm job, so no merit there.

What's the reasoning behind the 600-700 cal 2 day diet?
It looks like everybody and their aunt have their own miraculous weight loss recipe.
I regained weight after my fast, it took me 3 weeks of ups and downs to go back to that low weight, so I have learned my lesson: The body does not like extremes, it is infinitely better to stick to a regular healthy diet in small portions with exercise than break the routine once a week, at least that's what seems to work best for me. Haven't done much exercise recently, and it seems that no matter how little I eat, I am stuck to the same weight, so I need to go to that next level.
