has there been any discussion or is anyone doing the diet that involves fasting at 5-600 cal for 2 days(not consecutive) a week?

Been doing the one that involves fasting at 0 cal for 2 weeks (consecutive) back in October, but I don't think it's a thing, as there are probably no doctor or dietitian who survived it to talk about it! ;) See the thread back then. I lost over 26 pounds in 2 weeks, but I would not recommend any fast over a day or two. I think I lost mostly water, and I regained a lot of it right after stopping the fast. It took several weeks to go back to that level. Of course it depends a lot on your initial weight, but it just does not work for obese persons. Exercise, healthy food and portion control is what works for me. Diet alone does nothing, at least for me.
