If Chiner has %45 of the worlds corn carryover, why do they need to IMPORT any? How does the USDA know that the china carryover exists? If Chiner overstated it's corn stocks, would not the price come down so they could buy it cheaper? I am skeptical about most info out of a country that controls access to everything including the internet.
