some adjusters are paid by the hour, some by the day and some are salaried so not all are paid by the claim. never knew an agent could be involved in the adjustment as some have applied. yes adjusters probably do pay more attention in loss year to bin measurements, i guess we are luck to build our APHs in the non-loss years.........
